Personal Trainer: Anne Hawkins
About Me
My background in training started like many others- with a goal to hit the gym and lose weight. That goal evolved into a love for building muscle, resulting in a short, yet successful stint in bodybuilding. As my passion grew, I knew I was called to do more. I left my career behind to become a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, starting my leap of faith as a group fitness coach.
Over several years, I have worked 1-on-1 with people from all walks of life, mentored by physical therapists and trainers of professional athletes. I continued my education and experience, receiving my certifications in Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise (PCES) and USA Weightlifting. I specialize in preventing and recovering from hernias, diastasis, prolapse and other injuries that can be addressed through corrected breathing and abdominal pressure.
I am dedicated to providing a safe space, meeting you where your body is at, while providing the push and discipline needed for you to succeed. With me, we don’t just work out; we train with a purpose.
